With Game of Thrones officially over, I needed some sort of fantasy glimmer to fuel my dependency. Luckily, I found this awesome picture of Pleneua Bay’s ice wall.
The foundation’s chiseled columns are reminiscent of Gothic architecture and have been naturally carved out over the years by water. The arch in the center of the wall has an eerily inviting look.
The picture was taken by Dutch photographer, Sander Klaassen. More of his work can be found here. Sander offered up the following caption on his photo “Zodiac cruising Pleaneau Bay, also known as the iceberg graveyard because icebergs run aground here.”
